At Home Salon by SAbeauti, we are committed to providing high-quality beauty services, professional hygiene standards, and a comfortable experience for every client. These policies ensure clarity, fairness, and transparency for both our clients and our team.

1 Appointment & Booking Policy

Appointments can be booked through:

Appointments are subject to availability and are confirmed once scheduled by our team. For certain services (bridal packages, microblading, and services over AED 500), a 50% deposit may be required to secure the booking.

2 Home Service Policy

Home Salon by SAbeauti provides professional home salon services across all UAE Emirates. For home services:

  • Clients must provide the correct address and contact details at the time of booking.
  • Parking access must be available for the service team.
  • A clean, well-lit space should be provided for performing the service.
  • Children and pets should be supervised during the appointment.

If the service team arrives and the client is not available or unreachable, the booking may be considered completed and the home service fee will apply.

Additional charges may apply for late-night bookings, distant locations, or special requests.

3 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Clients are requested to notify us at least 6 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

If cancellation occurs:

  • Less than 6 hours before the appointment
  • After the service team has already traveled for home service

The booking may be subject to a service charge or deposit forfeiture.

Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

4 Payment Policy

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service. By booking an appointment, the client agrees to pay the full amount for all services rendered.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Cash
  • Card payment
  • Bank transfer
  • Online payment

For bridal packages, microblading, and services exceeding AED 500, a 50% advance deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon service completion.

Non-Payment Policy: In the event of refusal or failure to pay for services rendered:

  • The outstanding amount will be recorded and the client will be permanently banned from all future bookings.
  • A formal demand for payment will be issued.
  • If payment is not received within 48 hours, Home Salon by SAbeauti reserves the right to take legal action, including:
    • Filing a complaint with the relevant UAE legal authorities
    • Initiating a legal case against the client in accordance with UAE law
    • Pursuing full recovery of the outstanding amount plus any applicable legal fees and costs

UAE law protects service providers against non-payment for services rendered. All bookings constitute a binding agreement to pay.

5 Service Satisfaction & Adjustment

Our team always strives to achieve the best possible results according to the consultation performed before the service.

If a client is not satisfied with a result:

  • The client must inspect and confirm satisfaction before the beautician leaves.
  • If a concern arises, it must be communicated during the appointment or within 48 hours of the service.
  • Home Salon by SAbeauti will offer a complimentary adjustment or correction, when reasonably possible.

Corrections may include: toning adjustments, minor color correction, styling adjustments, or touch-ups. Correction services must be scheduled within a reasonable time.

6 Refund Policy

Beauty services involve professional labor, products, and time. For this reason, all completed services are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after service completion
  • Personal preference changes
  • Slight tone variations in color services
  • Services already performed and approved by the client

If a legitimate concern arises, we will always aim to resolve the matter through correction or adjustment of the service. Refunds may only be considered in rare situations where a service cannot reasonably be corrected, subject to management review.

7 Hair Color, Highlights & Chemical Services

Hair coloring, highlights, balayage, bleaching, keratin, and other chemical services depend on multiple factors including:

  • Hair history and previous chemical treatments
  • Current hair condition and natural pigment
  • Lighting and perception of color tone

Because of these factors, exact color shades cannot always be guaranteed and slight variations in tone may occur. If adjustment is required, we will provide a complimentary correction service when appropriate.

8 Client Consultation Responsibility

Before performing certain services (especially hair color, chemical treatments, and skin services), our team will conduct a consultation. Clients are responsible for informing the technician about:

  • Previous hair treatments and dyes or henna used
  • Allergies or sensitivities to cosmetic products
  • Medical conditions affecting skin or hair
  • Pregnancy or nursing

Failure to disclose such information may affect results, and the salon cannot be held responsible for outcomes caused by undisclosed hair or medical history.

9 Allergy & Sensitivity Disclaimer

Although we use professional, salon-grade products from internationally recognized brands, some individuals may have sensitivities to cosmetic ingredients.

Clients with sensitive skin or known allergies should request a patch test 24–48 hours before service.

Home Salon by SAbeauti cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions if the client has not informed the salon in advance.

10 Hygiene & Safety Standards

Home Salon by SAbeauti follows strict hygiene standards:

  • Professional tool sanitization after every client
  • Disposable items where required (single-use only)
  • Clean working environment maintained at all times
  • Professional protective procedures followed

For safety reasons, our technicians may refuse to perform services if skin infection is present, open wounds exist, or the hair/scalp condition is unsafe for treatment.

11 Client Conduct

Home Salon by SAbeauti maintains a professional and respectful environment. Clients are expected to treat our staff with courtesy and respect.

We reserve the right to immediately refuse or discontinue service — with full charges applied — in cases of:

  • Abusive or threatening language
  • Harassment or inappropriate behavior toward our beauticians
  • Unsafe or unhygienic conditions at the service location

The safety and wellbeing of our team is our top priority. All our beauticians are certified female professionals.

12 Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during home service appointments. Home Salon by SAbeauti cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal items.

13 Photography & Marketing

Home Salon by SAbeauti may occasionally take before-and-after photos of services for portfolio and marketing purposes. These images will not include identifiable personal details unless client consent is provided. Clients may request not to be photographed at any time.

14 Policy Updates

Home Salon by SAbeauti Professional Ladies Salon reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time to improve service quality and operational efficiency. Changes will be reflected on this page.
